Well if you are not web savvy, then the first place should be the 'Contact Us' page. Is there a telephone number listed?

If there is then you can call and speak to a real person on the other end. It will also tell you where the company is located. For example telephone number starting with +44 are based in the UK and number starting +357 are based in Cyprus.

Personally, if i were renting a property in Cyprus for my holiday, then I would rent from a company local to where the property is. Why?

• The company has local knowledge
• If there is a problem whilst on holiday then you have a local contact

If no telephone number is listed then ask yourself why. The internet is vast and finding the owner of site you have paid your holiday money too can be impossible.
