The food available in Cyprus is international. With many varied dishes available for the Cyprus traveller.

Meze is a Cyprus speciality, and is a small selection of around 25 dishes. It starts out with appetisers like Tahini, salads and bread and then moves onto cheeses and then ends with meat and / or fish.
