Advertising your property with My Cyprus Holiday gives you complete control. Managing your property independently ensures you know exactly when your property is leased and to whom. My Cyprus Holiday is responsible for advertising the website in Cyprus and overseas to increase rentals and your income potential.

How much will it cost me?

Unlike most property management companies there is no commission involved with My Cyprus Holiday. You simply pay an annual advertising fee from as little as €174.95.

How do I make my payment?

Once you register an account you are ready to add your property. Once this is done a member of the My Cyprus Holiday sales team will contact you to arrange your subscription payment. Payment can be made my credit card or bank transfer. When payment has been received in full you will able to publish your property and start taking bookings.

What will I get?

You will have your own user account on My Cyprus Holiday to manage your full colour page advert of your property. Your advert will have up to 15 photos of your property, description space, contact details, contact form, availability calendar and a link to your own website. Enquiries from potential tenants will be received direct to your personal email account.

Can I update my advert and photos?

The beauty of My Cyprus Holiday is the control you have. You can log into your account and amend your property advert at any time. Whether you want to add additional information, update photos, advertise special rates etc you can do it at a time to suit you.

How do I advertise in the featured property section?

My Cyprus Holiday featured property section is visible on each page, increasing your advertising space. Your property can be a featured property for a small monthly fee. Please contact us for further information.
