Rental Management

My Cyprus Holiday is happy to represent you here in Cyprus. Our rental management services ensure that your guests receive a service that exceeds their expectations. Holidays are a time to relax, unwind and create special memories.

With our rental management services your rental and guests’ holidays will run smoothly.

Our basic rental management agreement is a 6 month contract, and includes:

• 6 Complete Cleans
• 6 Inventory Checks
• 6 Comprehensive Maintenance Checks
• Secure Key Holder Service
• Welcome Visit
• 24/7 Contact For Any Issues **
• Laundry Changes***

Guide prices for the above monthly service are:

** Advice and general queries on the 24/7 contact number are free of charge.

Any issue requiring a call out of our staff will be charged at:

• 8am – 6pm CY£10 per hour (including travel time from Paphos Centre)
• 6pm – 8am CY£20 per hour (including travel time from Paphos Centre)

*** Our Laundry service will be charged at:

• CY£2.50 per single bed
• CY£3.00 per double bed
• Additional Laundry will be charged at CY£6.00 per kg weight

Properties will have a minimum of 2 linen sets per bed.

Note: Additional services and cleans will be charged as detailed in the appropriate section of this information pack.

Vacant Property Management

Our basic vacant property management agreement is a 6 month contract, this includes:

• Internal & External Property Check – 2 Visits Per Month
• After Visit Report To Owner Via Email
• Utility Checks – Taps Run, Toilets Flushed, etc
• Secure Key Holding
• Mail Collection
• Quotes Where Required For Any Work Required In Owners Absence

8am – 6pm CY£10 per hour (including travel time from Paphos Centre)

Mid Stay Clean and Laundry Change ***

Full cleaning services can be arranged as arrival/departure or mid stay cleans.

Guide Prices are:

*** Our Laundry service will be charged at:

• CY£2.50 per single bed
• CY£3.00 per double bed
• Additional Laundry will be charged at CY£6.00 per kg weight

Properties will have a minimum of 2 linen sets per bed.

Welcome Packs

Welcome packs can be supplied on request. Contents vary depending on your individual requirements and number of guests.

Welcome Visit and 24/7 Contact

To welcome your guest and offer information on your property and the local area a My Cyprus Holidays Representative can make a house call within 24 hours of your guests’ arrival if required. This service must be booked in advance.

Welcome Visits will be charged at:

• 8am – 6pm CY£10 per hour (including travel time from Paphos Centre)
• 6pm – 8am CY£20 per hour (including travel time from Paphos Centre)
